The Research and Development (R&D) department is the company’s beating heart, where every day new fragrances are created and, upon specific request, can also be tested on the finished product to offer a complete and high-quality service.
For years we have solidified relationships and collaborations with many universities, maintaining a continuous exchange of knowledge. As a consequence, in 2015 we received the award “business culture” from the University of Bologna. We cherish human resources by investing in education and the continual updating of internal skills and resources.
THE LABORATORY

The laboratory is equipped with cutting-edge electronic devices for the weighing and production of essences and modern equipment that allows sophisticated analysis to be carried out in order to guarantee constant high-quality standards.
Efficacy tests are run inside the laboratory to verify the fragrances’ performance in terms of stability, according to the parameters and standards of different fields of application. A qualified technical staff, made up of perfumers and chemists, are committed to produce innovative and highly creative solutions through research and constant analysis of new ingredients for the creation of original olfactory nuances.
